Do you have a form of recordkeeping?

Is your business subject to sales tax?

If you are providing goods and services to end users you will need to remit sales tax to the State of Connecticut.  If your business extends its sales outside of Connecticut you may need to register to remit taxes to other states as well.  To determine if your business will be subject to sales tax call and get the professional service you deserve.  JIC Business & Tax Advisors can prepare and efile all sales tax returns as well.

Will you need to hire employees?

If your business is going to need employees, whether in the future or if the business entity is a C or S Corporation.  You will need to file to remit payroll taxes.  I will sit down and walk you through the neccesary steps to process payroll in Quickbooks, or hire JIC Business & Tax Advisors process your payroll in house and remit all returns to the government.
